When Evelyn and Reed Gunderson move into a new home, they’re puzzled by a series of mysterious happenings. Household items disappear and reappear. Cakes seem to magically frost themselves. And glitter shows up in the most unexpected places. Before long, they meet the force behind this mischief, a pixie named Artemis who must make amends for his tricks. As Artemis carries out his atonement tasks, he learns unexpected lessons and makes surprising connections.
